A tragic incident occurred on the morning of October 10 in Pamplona, Spain, when 20-year-old Kaile Villar Pons was stabbed to death in the Rochapea neighborhood. The attack reportedly took place on Carmen Baroja Nessi Street at around 1:15 a.m. Initial reports mistakenly identified the victim as a man, but authorities later confirmed that the deceased was a young woman.
According to local sources, the suspect is a man of Moroccan origin, who allegedly attacked the victim after an argument. Kaile Villar Pons, the daughter of the owner of the premises where several people were sleeping, was reportedly stabbed multiple times, with one fatal blow to her chest.
Municipal Police and a medical emergency team arrived at the scene shortly after the incident. Although the victim was still alive when first responders arrived, she was in critical condition. She was quickly transported to the University Hospital of Navarra in an advanced life support ambulance. Unfortunately, despite the medical team’s efforts, Kaile Villar Pons succumbed to her injuries.
The Pamplona Municipal Police have arrested the suspect, and it is expected that he will be brought before a court either today or tomorrow to face charges related to the violent crime.
