Doctors Share Health Concerns Spotted in Biden’s Oval Office Speech

Doctors have spoken out about health warnings exhibited in President Biden’s speech to the nation. The President made a televised address to confirm his withdrawal from the 2024 White House race and said serving as President was a great honor, but it was time to “pass the torch to a new generation.”

Dr. W. Chris Winter, a neurologist from Virginia, noted that the President’s high blink rate throughout the 11-minute speech is an early sign of Parkinson’s disease. California cardiologist Dr. Ernst Von Schwarz has previously commented that Biden’s “fixed stare” and minimal hand movements suggest “a neurodegenerative condition” such as dementia.

He noted that the President wore more makeup than usual, suggesting he was excessively pale.

Commentators further spotted that Biden slurred some of his words during the address and, at times, spoke so quietly that he was inaudible. Dr. Winter said a barely audible voice is also a sign of early Parkinson’s disease.

According to a group of nine physicians who asked to remain anonymous, Biden’s decline throughout his Presidency and recently tends to suggest more than just natural aging. One doctor said that while he watched the President debate Donald Trump in Atlanta, he thought, “This is not normal.”

Questions about President Biden’s health increased after the debate, but the White House denied any neurodegenerative disorder diagnosis, including dementia and Parkinson’s. House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said in early July that Biden had seen neurologists three times during his Presidency and had an annual medical and physical check-up.

She later confirmed that Dr. Kevin Cannard was the neurologist who examined the President, despite previously denying that a logged visit by the doctor was related to Biden’s health. Reporters engaged in a tense exchange with Jean-Pierre when they reminded her that Cannard had visited eight times rather than the three she acknowledged.

Separate White House sources said Dr. Cannard regularly visits the White House Medical Unit as part of his duties.
